North Carolina Licensing Bill Clears Legislature

North Carolina House Bill 2353 was ratified and sent to Governor

Mike Easley on July 17. The bill would increase water-use efficiency

by establishing a program to specify proper design, installation,

repair and maintenance of landscape irrigation systems. For current
