Congratulations to Earthwormjobs Resume Poster!

We would like to take a moment to Congratulate our most recent Resume Poster contest winner.  Angeline Kirkwood posted her resume during our I-Pod shuffle contest and guess what she WON!  She not only won the shuffle she is also our featured resume poster for the month.  Below is her bio and a picture of her doing what she enjoys most, just like Confucius said, " find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life".
Congratulations Angeline!!!

I have a strong personal belief that we are hardwired with our "hobbies" and that those hobbies are actually the path that we should be taking in life. Unfortunately, this took me quite a while to figure out.

After many years of working various odd jobs, and thinking of trying yet another career, I saw a brochure for horticulture at my local college.  Looking back, there is a point in every job I held where I now see that I needed to be outside, working with my hands.  Even when I only had a desk job, I would watch the ground crew outside my window and want to be with them. During my lunch hour, I would be across the street, picking the brains of the local nursery employees and owners.

I enjoy working with perennials and perennial grasses.  I also see myself leaning towards sod and turf grasses as my education continues. I feel that every plant, every blade of grass, that I am in contact with is a part of me, and take pride in my work. Horticulture is a form of art to me, and a way that I will be leaving my mark on this earth... I put my heart and soul into the work I do with these plants, and in its own rite, my art is my legacy.
